Eli Roth retells the somewhat gruesome personal medical story that proved to be the inspiration behind his breakout film "Cabin Fever". Roth can be very funny and he knows how to scare people, the really intense scenes in 'Hostel' didn't happen until the last half hour or so, but people reacted to it like the original 'Texas Chainsaw Massacre'. Many people thought it was a wall to wall gore fest, but it wasn't. Speaking for myself alone, I wish he wouldn't drop the 'F-Bomb' so often, it makes him seem more like drunken frat boy at a rave then someone who wants his work taken seriously. By the way, I'm a 57 year old married woman who has loved horror in all it's forms since I was about 12.

gorilla glue apparently it was originally meant to just be a kid with a biting problem but when the kid who played Dennis auditioned for the role he mentioned to the filmmakers he was good at kung fu so they added that In for the kid to show off what he could do

Same here dude.....I get only if I ever have a fever,...no matter what a week later, I get it, must be the virus like exiting my body and it's one last F U .n I only get it really small, but ONE TIME, holy shit, it was literally from the middle of my upper and lower lip right side, to covering my entire bottom jaw and cheek! It looks like horror movie when someone burns half there face and they slowly pan from the "face looks normal, too....the scary part" yea!....dude I had to wear a mask for 3 weeks 3 whole weeks, and on top o that, it smelled so horrible...I'll never forget it, I was 18,.....funny enough right around when cabin fever had come out
