US. Kids are subject to the draft while international and Japan players aren't, that's totally unfair. Don't know why somebody doesn't challenge that in court.

They are? The signing bonuses in the draft routinely go over 5 million for talented kids.

@@Zygwired That's for very high draft choices . Yamamoto got over 300 million. If you added up the entire MLB. draft bonuses I'd bet it wouldn't come to that.
