Sergei and Peppi are main characters of the show but for some reason so far have never been in any episode of Elias' story since their storylines have been so far apart from Elias'. They live in a colorful apartment next to Taalasmaa place.

Actually Sebastian hasn't even been shot yet. This is the preview video they showed when season started and only few of the things in this video has happened so fat.

And the 2 characters shown here many of you are not probably familiar with are Sergei and Peppi. Sergei is Elias' uncle, Sebastian's brother and Helena's son. He's the guy with black hair. Peppi (the blond girl) is Sergei's wife and Ossi's niece. She's currently pregnant with her first child (which will naturally be Elias' cousin ).

OK, so that's Sebastian at 0:26. He has a reddish beard and is wearing a plain black coat, not a uniform. To me the man who is shot 1:05 - 1:10 looks similar. He has a reddish beard, too, but *is* wearing a uniform (a heavy coat that says CA on the shoulders).
