This comment was made by Elias Monage, President of the Black Business Council, in a thinly veiled message directed at South African President Cyril Ramaphosa who was in attendance at the 2022 Black Business Council Annual Meeting, which was held over two days from 19/05/2022 to 20/05/2022 at the Galagher Estate in Midrand, Gauteng, South Africa. The summit featured various speakers and also featured Ramaphosa himself who also delivered a keynote address.

Leadership right there. We are rendered useless in the scheme of things. We as Black Business are in an abusive relationship with the current regime. We are constantly told about State capture but we have it taking place right under noses @ OR Tambo international airport. Bidvest is a sole service provider to most if not all opportunities. The 40% set aside CR spoke about only exist in speeches, we remain on our own as Black Business
