I'm pretty sure Elias appreciated Lari a great deal. If he didn't he wouldn't have give him so many chances. I feel horrible about the situation Lari is in and it makes me so so sad, but it's ridiculous to think that Elias didn't appreciate him and love him like crazy. People need to realize that this isn't Elias' fault. He wants someone who doesn't keep him a secret and someone who will fight for him since he's always been the one doing the fighting.

radcliffegurl1993 Elias abandoned Lari the moment he wouldn't have needed him the most, after losing his father and everrything. Lari is out of closet already, he might not be fully comfortable with himself but he's no more hiding his sexuality or would be hiding his relationship with Elias. I don't understand when people say Elias wants someone who doesn't keep him as a secret when Lari wouldn't do that either anymore.

radcliffegurl1993 I didn't say that it was Elias' fault. But Elias have a new person without drama like Lari then... Why not Lari should know someone new? Lari is discovering his personality without restrictions, he is taking his own desicions without presion of his father and Elias. I really love "Larias" and eventually I hope that they can be together in a future but at the moment I want a new couple for Lari... Why? Because both of them will star to missing each other... or not?

radcliffegurl1993 but Lari is out and not hiding his sexuality, that is the whole point of him not living with his dad! Who else does he need to tell? Lari has had a bad run and remember all he said to Elias even before they got together in episode 40 about losing his dad, home, hockey team mates, career etc has come true just because he is gay.

corvus13 This story is so unrealistic. Finland has social services, and they must have soup kitchens where people without money can go to get free, prepared food with no questions asked. Lari's always going to Miska for free pizza is absurd.

alwaysuseless Actually Katariina (as a doctor) should inform the social workers of the underage being sick and living by his own. They would give him free apartment and money needed for basic living (about 500 €/month). Finnish law is about the welfare of the child, not about the parents right to their children. 16 years old can live by his own under the guardianship of the social office. But this would blow up the fancy twists in the story :D
