One thing that I like about this version of Brinstar vs all the other stages with rising acid/lava is that the acid reacts and sizzles when characters touch it instead of just causing fire damage, and whatever part of the stage is submerged starts steaming. But for some reason this detail is exclusive to the melee version.

I'm pretty sure you go to Special Melee, then there's an option called "Invisible Melee".

@phillipbrown9228 Still, this has to be some kinda mod, because we'd still see the "player 1" logo above the character even if they're invisible. And with all the lava and movement of other stages, eventually the player would have to jump, and we'd see a bit of a silhouette of them.
