Le Partum Essentiel is actually my favourite of the bunch. I wore it all throughout the summer. And I am not a teenager (39 y.o.). My mother fell in love with it too and had to get it (in her sixties!!). I'd say it is perfect for very hot and humid weather. I also own the OG, in In White and Royal. Got them all because of you :)

I can't remember how I found out about Elie Saab but he's one of my favorite fashion designers. He makes very intricate gowns and pretty well known for his wedding gowns. I just love his designs! As for the fragrances from La Parfum range, I love Royal and I'm wearing it right now. I don't detect the orange scent but it's pretty sweet and lovely. Definitely for an oriental scent lover like me.

I really love Elie Saab perfumes! And I got to know the brand because of your videos 🙂 so I have Le Parfum OG, Royal and Essentiel. At the moment my favorite is Royal - I just can’t get enough of it, the base of this perfume is just gorgeous 🙂 oh, and I also have Girl of Now - great sweet one for winter!

I bought the original per your video and loved it. One of my daughters "borrowed" it so I bought another, but it's in a beautiful limited edition bottle called"Feuilles D'or" which means gold leaf. I also have the Resort Collection which I love especially in the summers here in south Florida. I may try the Royal at some point in the future. Just FYI, Mila Kunis wore a lavender Elie Saab gown at the Oscars over 10 years ago which was gorgeous and one of the best red carpet moments ever.

Elie Saab perfumes are really beautiful, very distinctive and recognizable. I had Le parfum in white, very strong on me, honey, citrus and berries, now I have Le parfum royal, strong, oriental, herbal rose, more for the evening occasions and Le parfum essentiel, my favourite now, delicate gardenia with slightly caramelized honey, long lasting, suitable for every occasion.

I got the Elie Saab Le Parfum L'eau Couture last year in a gift set. I have just checked and it can still be purchased from . In the set you get the Edt spray in 1.6 oz &. Body lotion in 2.5 oz plus a really nice clutch style purse. The bag that they have in the current photo is different from mine, so I don't know if you would be getting the one shown or one like mine. I got it for about $35.00 with free shipping at Pharmapacks here in the U.S. They have the original in a 3 oz for $56.96. I haven't smelled the original version. But this L'eau Couture version smells fantastic!

I ordered the original and rose versions after hearing your wonderful reviews. Orange Blossom is one of my top 3 favorite scents. I have never purchased an Ellie Saab fragrance before and am excited to try something new. Your passion for perfume is evident in your videos and I appreciate and trust your recommendations . I enjoy using the Panier Dessens En Provence Orange Blossom Absolute liquid soap and lotion which smell amazing. They will probably complement the perfume.

I hope you like it. Because of reviews and mainly Soki's I purchased the original. My first thought when spraying was "sharp" and a bit "bitter". I'm not good with distinguishing notes, but can tell if a scent is cheap. This is not. The dry down became a nice scent, but light. It was a big contrast to my normal fruity and powdery scents I use, but I wanted something new. Because it was so light, I did another layer of sprays: on each arm and chest. I sprayed around 12 noon. Went to workout at 6pm until 7pm...including floor exercises. The scent remained through sweat and everything! I love it! I'm glad I added it to my collection.

Love the original Elie Saab Le Parfum. Don’t know when and if the new yellow/golden bottle Elie Saab perfume comes to Canada. North America always gets the new releases much later and last. Some perfumes “never” arrive in the shops and you have to order them online.

Because of your E.Saab video I am looking into possibly purchasing the original perfume. I haven’t worn perfume in years because I can’t find a scent I like. Time and time again I smell a fragrance on someone… purchase it and it smells terrible on me so I gave up. I also saw your Avon perfume reviews and ordered some samples on eBay. I have a new Avon rep but she doesn’t have samples. Anyway I love your videos and possibly my Avon samples coming will give me the info I need to purchase a bottle(s). Ellie Saab is much higher in price but I will splurge if it works on me! Looking for a sample now… to try first. 😊. Thank you!

Rose Couture was a blind buy. I thought I bought the one I tested but the one I tested was the original la parfum. Tested it when I got home. I normally dislike rose perfumes but so far I am liking the dry down of Rose couture. Prior to this I also bought this week the In White as the original was unavailable in store

I went and sniffed the original, the lumiere and the in white. I really like the original, i didnt really like the In White (too candy-ish for me) and i absolutely LOVE the lumiere. But.. I found the discontinued Essentiel and Resort one online. So I feel like since those are rare now, I should get those. But it would be a non-returnable blind buy so i’m not sure… Play it safe and just buy the Lumiere or go for it with the discontinued ones?
