Isn't a little contradictory that tags like GTM and Analytics even when installed correctly ALWAYS pull down performance?

True. And what about Google fonts slowing the page down because their Font Family library is MASSIVE!

@@thejmax well I mean, you can always use font display swap and load specifically the fonts you are using, you could even cache the css of the font and that gets solved, but how the f do I run analytics or tag manager without slowing down the website
