What happens if the female coupling has trap pressure inside and the male coupling with no pressure? Will it stillbe easy to connect?

Can you just make one that will let me connect and disconnect without having to turn the equipment off because turning a tractor on and off multiple times in a short period is a great way to fuck a battery real quick
