This season wild cards: Andorra & Finland (for their result in previous season) + Afghanistan, Antigua & Barbuda, Guinea-Bissau, Jamaica, Libya,Nauru, Singapore and Zimbabwe.
10 races. Top country at the end of the season will will the title!
