Ngl PGL Wallachia S2 is peak Tier 2 scene atm. PGL need to host more Tier 2-3 LAN while the Tier 1 schedule are already fully packed with ESL and BetBoom Dacha event and not to mention the BLAST Premier that will coming to host Tier 1 DotA2 event too. PGL on the other hand should just own the scheduling tournament for Tier 2-3, so it would slowly uplifting the grassroot of lower tier scene again, when the DPC regional league are no more, at this point.
