In the long run Syrson needs to be replaced....he is 28 been good in CS:GO and mediocre in CS2, his AWP mechanics are also slow. BIG need a young awper. As much as I like BIG krimbo should leave and join a org who can actually win. Krimbo replacing someone like Yekindar on Liquid as an example could be an option.
