This is a story about a boy and a girl, they went on a crazy adventure together once. Breaking down in the middle of the road once in a while. Trying to fill up the tanks they let run empty. They held through, and they held strong. Wandering into abandoned territory only to find a perfect place for themselves. "Cause love is harder than it used to be and life is nothing like we pictured it" Before quarantine happened, I met someone who made me feel a lot of stuff I haven't felt for a long time. I was lost for an awful lot of time but he found me and we both thought it was the perfect time just for us. We shared a hometown here in the Philippines but he grew up around the world because of his dad's job, as for me, I was away for a long time because I went to college in another city. Its like the universe conspired for us to meet each other since we were both away for 6 years from this town. The dates we had were simple and fun. We just talked about each other's lives and we understand where our feelings come from. He would look at me and just tell me how pretty I am and how lucky he is to have me. It was a very warm feeling being with each other, it feels like really coming home. But when quarantine happened, we both changed since we both had trauma from our past, and in my case, I have family problems. He became more distant, I became demanding. I decided to break things off with him but then took it back, but he was already decided that he doesnt wanna hurt me and we ended it there. We didn't meet each other after that and I'm afraid I will never see him again. His whole family is moving to Canada and this is the end of our story. The song perfectly describes the feelings I had throughout the relationship. We both have to move on. Diego, wherever you are and whatever you'll do in the future, just know I was happy with you and you made me feel everything I never thought I would. I pray to God every night that we can both heal our wounds to become better people. I really wish I could see you and try it again from the start but its quite impossible. I have to live with the regret but if it's whats best for you, I'm okay with it. I love you and I'm really sorry.

Because thats very similar to what happened between my girlfriend and I, quarantine happened it hit us both hard but specially me because of my traumas, so I became a burden to her and to make the story short I lost her. And I regret so deeply. I hope your wounds heal, or may already, and everyone to move on.
