Everyone always says "seek professional help" but has literally no idea the reason most of us are here on KZbin is because the waiting time is months or years or we cannot afford it 😔

I think it’s most likely because licensed professionals have to be careful for liability reasons. I think they feel obligated to say that.

Although I'm a true introvert, I've noticed how beneficial it is to have meaningful interactions with others. Afterwards I somehow feel re-calibrated!

Sounds nice :) I get really energized, and than fall even lower when I go back to being alone at home. I've never been alone until a few month ago, and I hate it. It's so freaking lonely. I guess I really am an extrovert.

So much of medical mental health advice online feels so out of touch with how difficult it actually is when you're in it, but this video wasn't and I think it's already starting to help. Thank you so much for the compassionate and informed content!

Thank you for this video. Even though I’ve watched videos or read/heard from other sources some or many of the things you mentioned, it’s still good to be reminded of these things from time to time. More power! You’re channel is a blessing.

Wise words. Sometimes all we need is a bit of guidance, positivity and compassion from others.

Definitely i want to be alone all the time…I don’t have energy to be with other people. I can expend days on my own without talking with anyone. I know this is not healthy but I can’t find the energy to change it.

After retiring from my US military career, I have been in a rut. I have good care from specialist. However, it's nice to have supplemental help DIY that you can watch and take notes on your own. Taking hike/walk really helps to be in the moment, and also traveling/cruising for me really helps. While serving, I didn't really do selfcare, and now I can just watch the ocean when dining on a cruise or watch the view on top the mountain after a hike which I thought then was lazy and non-productive:). Thanks for this video.

Thanks for the video! I dunno if this is terribly relevant, but I think I'm in a financial rut. I'm on a fixed low income every month, yet I keep buying things I don't need in order to feel happy. I know this kinda has to do with minimalism, which would probably benefit me! I dunno if I want to be a minimalist though, because I have hobbies that are the complete opposite. Anyway, I keep running out of money pretty quickly and it really contributes to my anxiety and dread that I feel around money every month. I want to work on spending less, especially in the beginning of the month. As well as finding things to do in the community that don't involve spending money. I'm gonna watch some of your other videos now to see if I can learn more about that! Thanks again, sorry this is so long. 💗
