Absolutely one of my most favorite designers! Her collections are always filled with beautiful wearable clothes presented on beautiful, glamorous models who don’t walk like robots. And I love that there is always a theme to her collections but never a gimmick. Ultimately, you want beautiful, wearable clothes, that buck trends and are well-made. Her collections always are. Bigger fashion houses usually have haute collection (not wearable) and there are ready to wear collections which are more wearable and affordable.. The media usually shows the more outrageous stuff so people think that is all the brands have to offer which is far from the thruth

I’ve never heard of this designer before tonight, but have to say that I think she’s WONDERFUL! This collection speaks “wearability” with colors that are easy on the eyes, and with designs are classic, simple, feminine and so elegant!

I love this designer, I think her clothes are more wearable than others and they’re always feminine. This collection is gorgeous, I love the soft palette and the safari tailoring. I’m glad to see that she is finally showing more realistic footwear, her past collections have been limited to 6 inch heels, no one wears those, because we can’t! Some of the more practical shoes and the bags look scrumptious. The quarry venue is inspired, and my favorite ever for a designer show - I’m a geologist!

I haven't seen a collection so perfectly curated in years. It's lovely and real right down to the buttons and bows. If I could I would own everything in the collection, shoes and all. I'd even have 2 of that darling child (so they could entertain each). Then I'd just move into that rich, quary pit and just lounge around in my beautiful clothes.

Elisabetta Franchi: this designer is going to have great commercial success: her designs are wearable, adaptable, scalable, very becoming to the female figure, very relatable and with broad appeal. I loved her take on the high waist, the skinny belts, the tulle skirts (I hate those but she makes them seem wearable), her tailoring, and more! Fabulous collection! I relate to her design so much that what Elisabetta herself wore at the end is my "uniform": cigarette pants, bow-tie blouse and heels. I will be following this designer very closely.

I love design, especially good design - in anything. And enjoy watching fashion, especially when it's very very good. And this is. I almost feel like I am on some 'safari' or early exploratory trip to India back in the 1940s or thereabouts. But more than that, why hasn't anyone used this setting before to host a fashion walk? These marble cut stones are AMAZING as a backdrop for this show - someone was very smart & clever to make this location be the place. The clothes, especially, stand out very well against this backdrop - strong and beautiful. Congrats!
