Jom reap sor, American guy here with Cambodian partner living in Philadelphia. I love your culture and slowly learning for past 10 years. If possible, could you briefly explain what is in some of the dishes in future video? Many seasonings/spices and vegetables I am not familiar with and many Cambodian people around me are not able to tell me in English. Please don't take this as a request to speak less Khmer because I very much appreciate the language and would like to learn that as well. I love your videos, your energy, and your sense of community.
