I always come unstuck with these missions as I thought that you had to disable the alarms before going for the target item - will try this when I load up.

You can disable it if it's too risky to get the item without attracting attention, but it's not necessary

I've heard it's not easy to set up on a horas, but I don't own one so I can't really give you the full scoop

It's grade 5 with extended mag and scope. There might be one more mod, I'll check later
