Those stairs and the fact that some of these huge ships fly like fighters rather than massive ships is starting to make me think they had the scale all wrong and it's just starting to show.

Ever since I started playing in VR I've thought the ships were designed to be about a 1/4 their current size, and just sized up to give the proper view from the cockpit.

I love the scale in Odyssey whether it was on purpose or not. Seeing bigger ships flying around adds to the game in my opinion.

Could have atleast made it where we walk to the door inside the cockpit or the bridge and then black screen outside the ship. Entering, you just come through the door and walk to the pilot seat. Was that really too hard to do?

Good job! Constructive criticism tho, your camera movement was a bit sharp and choppy. Smooth movement in EDs cam system is hard to get but with practice it will make your shots look way better!

Yea i know i didnt plane to make this video, but i post on reddit that Type 10 picture and had alooot of upvotes lol "264 now" :) So made it really fast with no much effort. Normally, of course, I would cut those choppy parts use less fade black effect and made shots synchronized to music beat and yea that sharp movement is my hotas warthog missing yaw axe, so am using grey hat button :D Next one will by better ;) *Thank you Grunt*

Phase 4 is just a copy of your Horizons account. It has no effect on your Horizons progression.

@@tomridle4273 You shouldn't be worried, my 1070 is crying too at miserable 20 FPS in some areas. Two things, shadows set to low and downscaling resolution to 0.75x may be of some help until the end of Alpha

@@CmdrTigerKing Not quite right. As Odyssey requires a GTX 1060 on the recommended tab. My GTX 1070 is doing just fine, even Cyberpunk ran at 45~50FPS on high. Most GPUs from the 10xx series or AMD 5xx series should be able to handle this game. But not in Alpha of course, as there is some stress test running on the background...

If those ships were real and particularly the anacona and the corvette, how am I suppose to board those ships? A long ladder, am I sucked into the air lock, do I have to perform a superhuman jump? Hard to figure out for the realism.

Honestly the Anaconda should have a harge ramp that leads into the cargo bay. As well as a drop down lift. Hinda like ceryain ships in "the game that shall not be named". It works really well. Plus large cargo bay ramps would allow for bigger vehicles in ships. Which would also be nice and allow for both hot drops and hot extractions. Having experienced that in another game, I can say it definitely adds to the experience.

I've always just thought there's an elevator in the cargo hatch for the ships lacking stairs or ladders
