Yes damage over time effects are essentially debuffs applied to the enemy

Weird … when we did the elite necrogiant there was this thing where when they go to the phases and become invulnerable we auto attack whenever we stop moving and your health melts down of counter attack … when i see your video i dont see it happening its just the normal raid with bigger health pool … did they change it in an update or aomething after your fight ???

Does anyone know what determines who has aggro from the boss? We bring infantry and they sometimes lose aggro when attempting various elite behemoths even with taunt artifact. Is it just raw dmg output that determines aggro or a variety of things?

Your threat level to the boss has to be high enough. If you have t4 and inf, their dmg isn't high enough to keep aggro. That's why chis is using celestials then vestal but never inf. The inf doesn't have enough atk to keep their threat level high enough to keep aggro.

Damage determines threat. Inf tanks will fail at this, do not deal adequate damage
