I need to meet someone like this!! You seem like such a genuine nice person. I am 130 lbs and I have always struggled to gain any weight. Old back and shoulder injuries make any exercising a problem for me. But with someone like anatoly in my corner I am pretty sure I would see marked progress. Hopefully when I start spending more time at a gym, I will find some helpful people to teach me. In-person and hands-on training seem so much better quality than videos and reading.

I need to train with this guy. I used to do gymnastics when I was a teen. Then I went into the military. After getting out and getting married I was blessed with a daughter. I'm not going to lie. I am no longer in the best shape of my life. I am 45 and have a few bad health problems. So I decided rather than wait for Mr. Grimm to come get me, I will meet him with a smile. I have lost 30 pounds so far. You know I had what my friends called flabdominal muscles. I still have some lower belly fat but, I can see a difference now. Most of my fat is gone but, I'll be honest and say I still have a way to go. I will not be satisfied till I am at olympic or navy seal level. It was something I wanted to be when I was young and never achieved. No more putting it off. I am too old to be in the Olympics and too old to be a seal but, I can still get in good shape. Wish me luck and God bless you all.

Many Shaolin monks don't even show any skin/muscles at all, when in the monastery. Another reason is the sheer body volume. Also: if you have the goal to be healthy, flexible and do it just for yourself, there's no need to show off or even be bigger than necessary. You get the idea...
