@@adityaramadhand2023 So Good Kid MAAD City is a Cinematic album that takes place during one day in Kendricks life. MAAD City is a song that takes place after Kendrick is jumped by two gang bangers (he was set up by this girl he's been tryna fuck, Sherane). The MAAD City song encapsulates the absolute madness of Compton, which is represented as pure paranoia in the song. That's why the beat is very unnerving and Kendricks voice sounds highly paranoid as if he's going through a nightmare

I'm a huge fan of both but I sort of agree. Kendrick is a class above. I wouldn't mention Cole with Em/Pac/Big but I would Kendrick.

Daniel most definitely. His lyrical ability is a little better than coles, just a little bit though in my opinion.

@Mitch Gill im not putting them against eachother or trying to tear down Cole. I do appreciate him. I just think Kendrick is more lyrical and comple, that's all.

React to the song 'Good Kid', so underrated yet so relevant. How is it so relevant? It literally has the words 'step on my neck as hard as your bullet proof vest' in regards to police brutality.

When he said "major pain" then "weighing on your brain" that's a reference to "Major Payne" a movie starring Damon Wayans (weighing)

Yo Shaq, react to “Sherane”, “ab-Souls outro”, “Keisha’s song”, “Poe Mans dreams” and “Kush and Corinthians” from GKMC and Section 80. We need some old school Kendrick too, react to “Grammy Family”, “Dreams”, “Imagine” and J Dilla (freestyle) by Kendrick from his 2005 Training Day Mixtape. Straight bars 🔥🔥👌🏾
