I LOVE that you spoke about water hardness. I think this is the least discussed aspect of haircare. You can get these showerheads for home but a water softener is fabulous for hair and skincare. ❤️

For those of you who watch just to be critical why are you watching? There is no perfect hairstylist everyone does things differently yes there was a little product left on the clients ear and yes she should have rinsed the sink. But she has the attention of a lot of people just like you watching and learning from her. If you don’t like how Crystal works stop watching.

@Tewdy Quew , none, I was thinking I was on her live, when someone told her that she had texturizer on her ear and she thought it was shampoo, well she said it was shampoo, and her face was in disbelief about it, they said it again, she made the same face, looked over there and blew it off, when it was texturizer on her ear. I was trying to help, to let it be known that it was in fact texturizer. Many beauticians to not get or catch everything when washing clients hair, and this time was one of those times. Plus it could have irritated her ear. It had nothing to do with "hair on her head". You can miss me with that snooty comment. But anyway, saw no need to delete my comment, just forgot to go back and say "oops this live was over 5 hrs ago". Sometimes even beauticians need to listen. Just because they've been doing something for yrs, doesn't mean mistakes cannot be made... well this wasn't a mistake but her facial said it all. Dag, what's wrong with people trying to help? Goodness!

That isn't the only difference. It has more to do with smoothing n not smoothing.. Breaking down the curl pattern . When texturing you aren't suppose to smooth it / 'work it thru' - like u would if u wanted to get it straight. You're suppose to loosen up the tight coils by gently combing with a wide tooth comb. *Most stylist n ppl in general do not apply it properly.

She told you all in the video not to do it at home for a reason. 1. Your hair, hair care, and condition of your hair makes a difference. 2. Most people don't listen well. They pick out parts of instructions and explanations. Please look at video again to see what you missed. The comments prove some didn't hear what she clearly explained. I am not a professional but I do my research and ask other hair care professionals (licensed and have kept up their education on products and services). This lady is very knowledgeable and knows that the services she videos is not a "one service fits all" video. There are several different variables. Please do your homework, listen and know that every service is no for you. Peace and love, precious people.
