A pec tear is a serious injury. It’s career ending for some strongmen if it’s not treated immediately. If you wait even 2 weeks on the surgery, the torn pec muscle can retract and will be impossible repair. The only way to treat it from there is to use a Achilles from a corpse as the replacement for the pec.
