you cannot have someone underage leased under a legal adults name it is strictly prohibited and ive seen people get permanently banned from applying for a future SAC doing stuff like this. Even if you were able to apply for a SAC underage your tax registries would need to be constrained every few months to a year and if you don't, thats a serious felony and you could face serious consequences because your pretty much commiting tax fraud

In this theoretical scenario, the answer is no. Now, there are loopholes in almost everything. If the dad is associated with the KZbin channel along with his son, meaning if the channel generate enough viable income to be considered taxable, and the dad files this income under a partnership. Then, in this scenario that dad could apply for the SAC under a partnership agreement.

Unfortunately you can't. Even if you were able to do something like that, you have to meet the $100 Threshold to keep your SAC Code.

To apply for the SAC program, you need to be an adult (18). If you apply for the SAC program underage, you take the chance of being banned.

@@zilian445 I'm not sure what you're referring to but under the FAQ section it states that you have to be legal adult in your residing country, so if your country's legal age is 13 then you're fine.

You're correct, you might be able to apply for the sac program but if you mislead (lie) to get a code and Epic Games finds out, you will be banned. Personally, it's not worth it, just wait until you're 18

The age requirements state that you have to be an adult. If you live in the United States, the adult age is 18. Personally, It's not worth it. What happens if you become a big youtuber/streamer on the game of Fortnite but because you couldn't wait for a SAC code and applied under the age of 18 and lost it because of that decision, you lose out on a lot of money. I would wait but at the end of the day, I can only educate and cant force your hand.
