Wow!! I think Expert+ is beyond my skill even as I have been able to complete most songs on Expert with Full Combo and S Rank. So I hope to see more uploads that show Expert+ footage from more of the songs so I can at least see how they could be done.

I even tried Slower Song with No Fail and same thing. It's just too much for me. That's okay, I'll just enjoy Expert and lower.

I went from hard mode on what the cat to this level on expert plus, and found it manageable somehow. So I practiced this level for a week, then beat it. After that the other expert plus levels became possible too. But I can’t FC any expert levels.

Great to see that the expert + maps are getting better, but there are still a ton of flaws in this one. The modded map for this is far better.

@@RaZn-Gurifisu Sure, here are a few things I noticed while rewatching it: 0:38 A lesser offence here, but you go from a blue on the bottom and a red on top on the left-hand side to a blue directly to your right, resulting in you having to swing your right arm from underneath your left arm. Wouldn't be a problem on its own if the blue on the right wasn't positioned so high, meaning that your right arm has to swing from underneath your left arm and then end up level to it. To add insult to injury, you get a red block right after that is placed absurdly high. As said, it isn't too horrible, but it can be weird to execute in real-time. 0:40 Oh man, here's a special one. Given the scoring system in Beat Saber, it's supposed to reward big swings, yet here you're forced to hit a red block that is directly above your right arm, then you're expected to land two hits to the left of said block with your right arm. Not only is this needlessly confusing, switching up the colors and their direction, but that means that your right arm has to go underneath your left arm that is currently above your head, and make two rapid strikes. Again, poorly mapped, not only because it goes against the point of the scoring system, but it's also a very unnatural arm movement. 0:58 small nitpick, but those doubles are placed absurdly high. It's a lot easier to play and read when blocks are placed close to the ground. This isn't horrible, it's just not great. 1:02 Oh boy, this isn't good. You're required to hit a red and a blue to your left, in that order. Shortly after this, your arms should be stretched down, as one would expect, but instead you're supposed to hit a red directly to your right upwards, for some reason. This would be forgivable if there was a blue to the right of that as well, as then you could move both of your arms, but this makes it so you only move your left arm directly over your right, which feels very unnatural to do in the game. The entire point of beat saber is that you're supposed to be able to strike with the rythm, and as such, not require any unusual arm movements, but this map ditches that concept. 1:06 kinda the same issue here. To your left, you strike down with your left arm and up with your right, and there's a blue block pointed left to your left. The only real way to hit this is to swing your right arm above your left, which is a very weird movement. 1:19 And the same problem pops up again. This is a rif on what mappers usually do, to have blue and red varying, but they always follow a movement patter. Red down, blue down, red up, blue up. This is so that you can move both your arms to about the same location relative to eachother and follow on the strike, yet here you swing down with your left arm, swing up with your right, and then swing up with your left. Re-locating your arms would be a very awkward endeavor. 1:40 placing a blue up near the ground right after a blue right pretty high up is just a dick move. Readjusting your arm to hit that, and to hit that and gain good score, is really weird. As you see in the video, the player on hits it slightly, because their arm is in an awkward position. 1:47 Once again with this problem, you're swinging down with your left arm underneath your right arm at an angle. Not the greatest move. 2:02 massive instance of the same problem. You're swinging down with both arms on your right side, then expected to swing up with your right arm directly afterwards, and to the left of the red block. This requires really quick adjustement of your arm, or a very weird arm movement. 2:09 Swinging up with both arms, then expected to swing down with your right on your left side directly after. Same problem as usual. Ok I'm just going to stop here, because I really don't have all day, and I could easily sit here and point out massive flaws. Even with the ones I listed, there are other minor problems that I just didn't care to point out. The problem with this map, and most current expert + maps, is that the mapmakers assume that having alternating colors and colors on the side opposite of where they usually are is difficulty, when that's really just half the story. It requires some fluid movement to move into it to be true difficulty, and not just technical nonsense for the sake of it. The current map, and this map, doesn't build on the usual intuition that you get from many other maps, and as such, just feels very weird and frustrating to play. It doesn't challenge your reaction time, or your technical skill by presenting quick and complicated patterns that still contain fluid movement. Even with that being said, this map, and most like it, usually don't end up being difficult to play, just annoying. That's why I, and a good amount of beat saber players, just don't play them, and move on to better maps. All this being said, while I do consider myself a pretty good beat saber player, I'm not anywhere near a pro, and when it comes to mapping, I'm not the absolute best either. It's just that the expert + maps contain a lot of mistakes that even I notice.

@@testsubject8903 been mapping myself since august and most of, if not almost all of your issues with this map, are really not actually issues. i agree on the 1:40 though and every other place where it has a right or left swings going into an up swing after (but in my opinion it's more than likely alright since it's not the fastest song in the world) and if people can get 110 points on insane stream maps at 260 bpm or higher than i don't see why you're complaining about the small triples going against the point system or being awkward to hit, when they are not. 2:09 this is not an issue at all, infact it feels quite good to play and many custom songs have these in them. im gonna assume most of the issues u have with this map (and probably the others) are just you not actually being that good at the game.

The issues I have is not anything to do with the map being difficult, if anything it's incredibly easy, it's just that the movements don't flow well into eachother, because they require abnormal movement. If you feel like having strange movement in your maps is proper difficulty, then that's fine, we just fundamentally disagree with the premise of the game. In my case, I believe that the movements should flow well into eachother, and should follow natural arm movements, and the difficulty comes from the speed and the technicality of said movements. So far, most of modded maps and the official maps, up to expert, seems to follow that mindset, but for some reason, the official expert + versions don't seem to do so, hence why I consider them poorly mapped.
