@@cmunik8r You did a great job Chance! And the Dalai Lama chanting was riveting to all of life around. It was so magnificent. I purchased Eliza's album from her concert. So fell in love with her message. I hope she can get herself out there again, our planet so needs her!!! Thank you for all you are doing ...

I REMEMBER KEZX!!! And that's where I got turned onto this (and many other) powerful song(s). I was in a very dark place, a horrible marriage, and miserable most of the time. It was music like this that kept me going and helped me finally to break out of that whole scene. Thank you Eliza..

Wow! I was actually there. Pilgrims and Rainmaker were, and have been, the core my spiritual life all these years. First time I heard her was in a little coffee shop on Central Ave. in Albuquerque across from the university in '82. A couple of decades later she was in Los Alamos. Different coffee shop, same vibe. Harrassed her into playing "Scorpio Rising" but tried to make up for it by helping her sell DVDs the next day in the park. I told my partner recently that if she didn't play EG's "Prayer 2000" at my funeral, I would haunt her forever. Which reminds me of why I am here, looking for lyrics for it. I want to play it for some friends who have had a tough time over the years. If you haven't heard it yet, go find it - now.

I announce my Victor Awards each year to recognize the best artists and songs I have discovered that year. This year, I found Eliza singing this song, apparently from a long time ago. But it warrants recognition even today. She received my top singer and song award for the year. Second place: Amy Speace, "Dog Days." [check it out!] Third place: Michael Fracasso, "Saint Monday." My odd's on favorite for top award until I ran across Eliza and Amy Speace.

I remember when my godfather Lawrence Saufkie and my god brother Wilmer Saufkie and Roxanne Joseyesva and the rest of us all sang to them performing the Hopi Rainbow Dance for the show. Later we all met back stage with Eliza and the band. The following Christmas 🎄 drummer Tim Timmermans gave me a brand new drum set as a Christmas gift. I had just started walking again when I first met Eliza and the band. I lost my leg in a horrific motorcycle accident. Alcohol related. I was only 20yrs old. Sobriety date 1/26/2012

Have since updated of course to the CD and find myself pulling it out often for this song and the others. Hope all is well with you.

I wish I could get ahold of her first two albums. Pilgrims was good but Legends of Rainmaker is brilliant*. I wonder how many of you out there realize how many of those songs were inspired by her experience with Prem Rawat´s "Knowledge". * Bonnie Raitt even sings backing vocals on a powerful song about domestic violence against women

She doesn't perform these songs any more. About 10 years ago I requested "Shadows and Footprints" at a show. Her response was, "you've stumped the band and won a poster but we're all out." Someone who knows her said she doesn't like these songs any more. Her style is different now. This was recorded back when "New Age" music was big.

Calling all angels, put down your disguise Unveil your hearts, wipe the sleep from your eyes; We are falling ... lost in the garden Calling all angels, this is Starseed Command We've misused our freewill and we messed with The Plan; We are falling ... lost in the garden Falling like gold leaves in autumn Falling with hardly a sound; Oh, sorrow and sickness are upon us The darkness is pulling us down ... Won't you save us? Calling all angels, we're sad and alone We wandered too far, now it's time to come home; We are falling ... lost in the garden Separation has bonded me with gravity Hesitation has robbed me of my throne; Liberation is my soul's sweetest destiny My heart wants to fly away home; I want to play through the ages And make the changes ... Like the angels Calling all angels, if you're out on patrol We're armed and we're dangerous, spinning out of control; We are falling ... lost in the garden ... Lost in the heavens Calling all angels ... Calling all angels ... Calling all angels ...
