I would've graduated with honors if my principal and teachers looked like her, I would've figured out how to get straight A's in class, but stay in enough lightweight trouble to stay in the Principal's office everyday

Liz Dozier is a true Queen of Education. She makes me want to go back to working in education--not as a teacher but as a mentor.

She's a very special human, to actually sit there care about other parents children and wanting them to do better, not a lot of principles care this much.

Ms. Dozier, I salute you. I taught for 17 years and was terminated due to the budget to make way for Teach for America candidates to be hired at a cheaper rate. Shattered my world.
