@@ZATHURAKEY Not with Leachman. She ran 15:25 for 5000 last year on the track as a Sophmore and has beaten Hedengren. Jane's upside is huge with her size and strength... hence why she ran away with NXN on strength in that mess, but she is not a 15:25 5000 girl just yet. Once Elizabeth gets her strength back, those 2 will be super fun to watch.

@ I think Hendengren made the biggest strides , by far , of any girls or boys HS athlete this last year . Setting the all time course record at NXN by 5 seconds in that weather and course condition and winning race by 40 seconds over Elizabeth showed Hendengren’s strength . Right now , no HS girl is even close to Jane . She will destroy Mile and 2mile records in track this year

@@ZATHURAKEY Could be, but very doubtful. Leachman has beaten Jane several times and run 9:44 as a soph. This past year she lost just shy of 3 months training and was still 2nd at NXN. It'll be fun to see them go after Tuohy's records. Don't forget, Leachman was in the Olympic Trials, Jane was not. There is a reason for that. Good day!

@I don’t think you understand what just happened at NXN , Jane destroyed everyone including Leachman , by over 40 seconds …. That’s 13 seconds per Mile faster . Hendengren had the greatest female cc season ever , by far . Even at her best Leachman , is at least 20 seconds slower than Jane at the 5k . And Leachman is not a speedster . Last year when Jane was sick she beat Leachman handily in the mile and 2mile . Hendengren , if she stays healthy for track will set the all time mile and 2mile records and Leachman will be in her dust
