Elizabeth refusing to fight the king only for Mococo to die, the person she swore to protect and be by the side of, making her fight him is honestly peak fiction.

I kinda like more looking thinking about 2:09 And how she denies mococo then. The fact that is just then, when Mococo falls, that she starts to fight, shows that the character felt something there. I really liked that part, it has some bittersweet flavor on it.

If Mococo had completely lost after the one person she trusted left her alone in her most vunerable time and her last cry for help after fighting the corruptiom for so long and just went to the Jade Sword and destroyed everything it wouldve been so Epic. Imagine the impact of that on Liz's character knowing she was the only one that couldve prevented that but she chose to ignore it.
