Maxie for once is telling the truth, Liz only married Lucky out of pity.

I disagree; yes, she married him out of obligation and the wrong reasons, but it wasn't pity. I think she did truly love Lucky, but she should have been honest about her feelings for Jason, but she also knew that Lucky didn't like her friendship with Jason, and she was afraid that he would have gone back to pills. Yes, that didn't happen, but I think it was more out of fear and obligation and familiarity than pity. Lucky was her constant and safe place, especially after her rape, and she could never stop feeling like she owed him her life, and so whenever they would break up, and everyone would encourage her to give Lucky a chance, she always did that so that she wouldn't let anyone down, including Lucky.

It always annoys me how everyone like Maxie, Sam and Carly all act like everything they do is perfectly justified, and anything Elizabeth does is far worse than anything they've ever done. Everyone who loves to say that Elizabeth thinks she's so perfect is ridiculous. Elizabeth will call everyone out on their crap, but also knows her mistakes are her own, and her mistakes don't and shouldn't need to be judged by anyone, especially people like carly, Sam and Maxie. I loved the scenes with Jason and Elizabeth here, and it was nice to see lucky defending Elizabeth to Maxie.

@jacarly98. Liz has ever right to say what she said about Jason because it is the truth, he walk away and never look back he never even act as if Jake was alive even it he just sent a birthday or christmas gift to Jake . If Jason would have fight for Jake as much as he is fighting for Josslyn a child that is not his maybe he would'nt have so much regret now Jake is gone.
