It is not often I find a mirrored inspiration of process. I am obviously older...I found myself relating to so much (is it bad that I am like watching 4 of your presentations, stopping, switching context, watching, switching back, while reviewing all the titles and channels? The thought that keeps recuring is 'binge learning' - and I am looking forward to digging into your insights into learning. I've spent most of my life wrestling with many of the things you have identified and classified. how do you manage to do so much and have it all under control? You're so accomplished and I can't even manage art high school... I dream of doing something meaningful with my life but can't even sit down to get my work done without being overwhelmed with anxiety. How do I get out of this cycle?

What helps me is to remember I chose to study and do what I do every day and remember that I chose it because I enjoyed learning about the topics. Then take it in small baby steps at a time, for example just give it 5 or 10 minutes and see how you progress
