When they are babies, yes. For some reason, when they get older, wagging tails means annoyance or unhappiness. Can also be a sign of heat.

It's probably a dairy. The kids are separated at birth and bottle raised replacer and all the milk from the dams is made into cheese and other dairy products and sold.

I know that's what it looks like, but don't worry. They check their tummies, and make sure all of them are full. The video is just a short one, and the feeding goes on much longer.

Younger ones often start slower. All the babies in the video looked very healthy, I am sure they are well cared for :)
