Youre right about the debuff thing, in storm 4 fuu tilt which was turned into her 2nd jutsu in connection did give someone poison, defensive down, and speed down on hit (in storm 3 it only gave 1 of these effects at random)

19:39 Han's other ninjutsu would have canceled that out. Yes, it matters. That gyral insect attack is like a "barrier" type attack. So Han's steam shield will cancel it out because they have equal properties as "barrier" attacks.

I used him the first two days and felt super bad. His jutsu can be followed up with literally anything. You can even change to a different character fully charge their jutsu and still hit. (You can also free ult off it or if you have tags and attack up do both then ult)

This is a theory, but I think people are using cronus zen or something to that level. The player I tend to fight can airblock , I land before them and they can hit me. No recovery frames and subs don’t work as it should. Also with the chakra on auto-charge, support characters should cost something or Jutsu1 or Justu should cost more

no zen, its a mechanic. for some reason if you hit someone as they are falling they will land and cant move, block, sub or anything. its dumb but its a thing. someone made a video breakdown on it

The powers he gained from absorbing Orochimaru were a very small and short-lived part of his arsenal. And he rarely used snakes as a main part of his fighting style. They mostly came in as his healing factor, his meatshield or intimidation.
