@GatewoodBrown we had 500-300 cfs. 500 was perfect for kayak camping and still having fun with the rapids. I have campsites flagged on my phone. Id love to do this river with you. It’s a 19 mile section. But I stretch it out over 2 nights and paddle out on day 3. So much fun!! My old town kayak did awesome

Looks like a technical boney creek at that low level. Reminds me of the St Francis in Missouri at the Millstream Gardens section a bit. Water levels can change the river a lot. That Elkorn Creek looks like a fun run. Thanks for taking us along! I like Jim Beam just fine.

Jim Beam, my dad loved checking out these places when we took him to KY and TN. Beautiful area Jason and it looked like so much fun! That's a huge pump you got there... just saying. Cool footage of you going down the river. Haven't done anything in that area yet.

Icey young man that you're having quite a bit of fun And Jason I think you really need to learn how to control that kayak So many times you came close to tipping If it wasn't shallow you would have fell over quickly enough but you grab the the bottom with your ore Again have yourself a good day

dude, i don't even think about the elkhorn unless the level is at least 3.5, i'm still planing my 4 days of hiking the RRG next weekend. just came back from Helen Ga. yesterday. seen alot of waterfalls.

I usually don’t go in that low of water either. It was a Sunday and my buddies were going so I was like let’s go have some fun 😁. It was still fun out there. I’m hoping to go back to Georgia in November. Going back to Blood Mountain.
