What Ella Mai said about turning 25 is so true! When I was younger, I also thought that I'd have everything I want by this age, but as I'm literally turning 25 tomorrow when Ella drops her sophomore album which I'm looking forward to almost more than my actual birthday, I realize that I still have a lot to learn despite having learned so much already. I'm still young. Of course, I'm wiser, older, and more emotionally intelligent than I have ever been before, but there is still a long way to go. I got a feeling that Heart On My Sleeve will definitely find its place in my heart, especially since it drops on my birthday.

Its frustrating as a R&B fan that the Breakfast club is so out of touch with what's truly goin on with R&B. Envy asks the same typical basic and surface r&b questions, they don't dig into their catalog and assumes a big single is only thing an artist is known for or expected to attain. Ella mai has a bunch of great catalog and records! Not another love song was a smash and charted well, why cthagod asking what that song is about almost 2 yrs later since its release?
