Your meals seem pretty balanced and healthy to me :) Thank you for being so real and open about your eating disorder, I’m 18 and was recently diagnosed with anorexia. I’m meeting with a nutritionist next month for a meal plan, & it was just so motivating to hear you talk about having a healthy relationship with food and finding that balance. All love xx 🥰
