Transition to toddler bed - he's not too young for bribery. Put up a little chart in his room that says "Big Boy Bed" and every night that he stays in bed all night (tell him the sun has to be up to get out of bed), he gets a sticker on the chart. Take him to the store and let him pick the stickers. After he earns 3 stickers or so, had gets a reward. Then extend it to 5 stickers, the 10 stickers, etc. This worked with both my kids. Good luck!! Congrats on all you've accomplished with WUM. Congrats on baby #3, glad to hear that all is going well. I will also echo the idea of a sticker chart for bedtime and of course lots of "big kid" praise. It takes a bit of time with the kiddos when they discover their freedom, but once you settle into a routine he should feel comfortable enough to stay put. I'm not sure if you've already discussed the new baby with the kids (and yes I know Ford is a bit young to totally understand) - but it seemed to help my youngest son when he felt like he was in a "big kid" bed and saw that the crib was going to be for the baby. I just hyped it way up and he really wanted to be like his older brother.
