They could easily play another dysfunctional couple just like in that absurd Woody Allen movie. I mean, Princess Irulan Corrino hasnt been cast yet and wont appear until Part 2 (Cough... cough... Dennis Villenueve). I also liked the Idea of having her sharing screen with Lucas Hedges, they are both Indie darlings and having two infamous and adorable Indie Darling would be nice.

In terms of playing another dysfunctional couple, one film I could see Timothee and Elle do is a remake of Requiem for a Dream. Timmy has experience playing an addict (The Adderall Diaries, Beautiful Boy), while Elle has also dabbled in playing a character with a drug problem (Live By Night). Plus most of her best roles have been characters that were very troubling or disturbed (such as in Galveston). These two could do as good of a job, or maybe even better than the way Jared Leto and Jennifer Connelly played a pair of junkies.

@@barbiquearea i think her role in Live By Night didnt really flesh out her drug problem nor showing her as a junkie. I mean, its not fleshed out like Emma Stone in Birdman or Zendaya in Euphoria. But she was more portrayed as tragic youth who had to endure awful circumstances (forced into prostitution, abused and molested by her own father,) and didnt really showcase her drug addiction problem. but with her being used to deppressing, disturbed and troubled roles and always excels in it, if Aronofsky ever think to remade Requiem for a Dream, i think it would be awesome to have her Having both of them as dysfunctional couple as Paul and Irulan will be great too. With their choice of roles so far, they wont pick dumb rom com a la Seth Rogen or Adam Sandler anytime soon
