It’s called talent. All the great bands back in the day considered themselves live bands that did albums because they had to. The non-digital, live in the moment, beautiful imperfections are what makes it timeless and unique. Like a Grateful Dead show or an Allman Brothers show, each unique and won’t happen again. The digitally doctored albums are just supposed to get you through until you can go see a show. Ya I’m a fossil, just dated myself (carbon dating maybe....)
