Brit was put in a conservatorship February 2008….this is December 2008….she may have needed help in some ways back then but she doesn’t appear to be “INCAPABLE of doing anything on her own” (as they say). This is LITERAL proof that she was functioning enough to go on a day time talk show which would be a risky move if she “wasnt able to function or do anything on her own”
