Wrong and right. Siddhartha Gowthama was born in Nepal, he grew up in Indian and most importantly attained enlightenment and became Buddha in Bodh Gaya India. The first realizations of Siddhartha after leaving palace were all in Nepal after seeing the old, sick, suffering, crying etc just outside the palace and around his kingdom. Slowly he moved all over the places overlapping today's Nepal,UP and Bihar, observing, analysing and meditating and came to final conclusions under Bodhi tree of Bihar

You can find the ruins of main palace and city of Kapilvastu in Nepal. The ruins found in the location shown in the video is of a stupa on outskirts of Kapilvastu and housed one of Buddha's 8 original relics until it got unearthed and further divided and distributed to hundreds of other stupas across the subcontinent especially during Ashoka's time. The only original stupa with original one of the 8 relics is present in Ramgram, Nepal.
