that's true...there's so much to celebrate. She always showed her strength, nurturing nature, and the way she embodied the spirit of motherhood. She cared for her joeys with great dedication, showing the remarkable ability to balance survival instincts with the gentle, loving nature that characterizes koala mothers. Koalas like Ellie provide an essential role in the continuation of their species, and her efforts to raise her young were something to be celebrated

I can’t believe Ellie is gone. 😭 She grew up with us like family. She was one of the prettiest koalas ever. 💔 I’m glad we got to meet her children and they are still out there. 🌳 She would be proud of them.

@@Nylorac.Nruboc I was so scared to lose Bullet. When I thought about it, my mind just stopped thinking anything. When he went up there, I was ripped half. I'm still sad to think that we can never see him again, but at the same time we can never lose him again and he is with us and he will be. Ellie is with us and she will be. I'll keep fighting for our koalas with our koala heroes🤓❤🐨

It is easy to love and be attached to such amazing characters. If it hurts, it just means we love them. We think the bonds are broken, but they aren’t. I think it’s amazing that we can have these bonds with koalas we haven’t even met. Love connects us all. 🐨💞 We can see it as an asset that drives us to help more koalas.

yes it was heartbreaking - I caught her within a week of her first symptoms I saw of chlamydia, but it is so insidious that it had already been doing damage inside her ovaries before there was anything to see outside. at least she did not have to suffer a long and painful illness 😔🐨❤

Celebrate Ellie! Celebrate life! Ah Katrina, that is such a beautiful, wonderful video, a true tribute to our Ellie darling. She was just such an unbelievably cute and beautiful koala. Even though they all are... Ellie was just really special. I'm so glad you made this tribute video. I still cannot believe that she's gone. I have to fight off the tears...
