in reality, her hospital is less than thrilled with the FL senior citizens coming in with government health care that pays the hospital less, which is why many hospitals dump patients on the sidewalk as fast as they can get away with. younger patients get chased after to pay the bill since they won't outlive it. so she may not like the business of a rage-filled d-head, but the hospital accounting department is rather fine with his business.
