Hi Ellie! I just wanted to share that something that helps me with my migraines is wrapping an ace bandage around my head. My husband wraps it so tightly around my head and it feels amazing! I have fell asleep with it wrapped around my head multiple times. I’m not any sort of medical professional, this is just what gives me relief. I hope you start feeling better soon!

Hi! I saw a Tic Tok today that the girl said to take 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger in a glass of water. Her migraine went away in 15 min. She said it should work within 30 min. I'm trying it for my next one. I had such a weird reaction after taking immetrex last time, scared to take it again. Congratulations 🎊

I know you can’t get piercings while pregnant but I used to have extreme migraines to a point of getting hospitalized because of throwing up and I actually got my daiths pierced. It’s supposed to help and apparently it’s a pressure point that it hits that helped. It definitely helped me a lot.
