I love that you are teaching the boys about the true meaning of Christmas. I did that too with my son & daughter by letting them get three gifts at Christmas one from Santa, one from Mum & Dad and one from each other. Just like baby Jesus did Frankincense, myrrh and gold. Jared, a manger is a feed holder for animals. Jesus was born in a stable and laid to rest in a manger. I love your parenting style and you are raising wonderful boys. I love the way you talk to them and teach them what is important. It was so touching how you explained to Jackson about the gift. He will grow up appreciating what gifts he gets now.

I really miss being current with this family.... if anything it would be nice for them to share their holiday vlogs the day after in current time with us. It's been a week since Christmas Eve and it's a bummer to see this on New Year's Eve then to see their Christmas Day on our New Year's Day. I'd love it if the big holidays were more current it feels more personal and connected, this feels like watching an old holiday vlog.

Does it really affect you that much? 🤔 I think we should all feel privileged to have a peek into anyone’s special family moments other than our own; they worked so hard for years and ended up totally burned out. I think it’s so admirable of them to have found a balance between work and rest, and to be prioritising family time above all else. When those children grow up, it’s more important that they remember their parents being present in the special moments, not that they were always filming and editing.....I don’t mind it being a little late at all, truly! I just enjoy watching knowing that both Ellie and Jared are feeling happier and healthier for their newer schedule. Let’s all have some grace in this situation ☺️🙏🏻✌🏻💕
