Yeah we don’t refrigerate eggs in Europe because our food in general is safer and has fewer chemicals etc. When it comes to eggs specifically, in America you guys put chemicals on them to “clean” them and it breaks down their natural barrier. This means bacteria can get into the eggs which otherwise wouldn’t be able to. As a result, you definitely do have to refrigerate them in the USA!

Exactly. We only refrigerate eggs if we get them from the store. Like we have chickens and we keep our eggs in a basket in the kitchen unless for some reason they're from the store.

A must visit in Florence is the San Miniato Church!! It's located at the highest point of the city (so it is a little hike) and gives you a panoramic view. It is really beautiful, also the inside (entrance is free!!), and a great spot to take amazing photo's!! Hope you get the chance to visit!!
