I'm not sure if it's deliberate in this recreation or not, but with the real Pinhead, the pins on his head are meant to be piercing into his skin rather than poking outwards. It's just a minor detail I feel I have to point out because I'm anal retentive like that.

I've seen so many Pinhead tutorials but this has to be my favourite! I've never seen someone use the technique of cutting up the 'squares' on the face. Definitely going to have to try and recreate this one! Love from Australia xx

did this several years ago.. used just a bald cap and an "old man" prosthetic face. I stuck the nails directly into the latex pieces and they held in place no problem when it was put on. The tension held them in place. This seems like way to much tedious work. The work comes in the paint job of the lines on the latex pieces. Its really very easy and super effective.
