Adidas dragged their feet at terminating the partnership when it placed it “under review” because it was a substantial part of their revenue. Them stating they own all designs and colour ways also creates a path for them to rename the line of shoes and try to make money of it still. As for Ye… if that rumour about him turning up at Skechers HQ is true, it confirms that he doesn’t have the means to make his shoes at scale and needs an industry partner. And if his other (former) collabs are anything to go by, i doubt his ability to make drops regularly and maintain stock
