Does any know the Ukulele chords for this... I tried watching hard at the hand movements but I can't see him hitting an E. Please tell me if im wrong.

There's no E. It's Dm, A, F throughout the entire song. During pre-chorus each of the chords is played for twice as long. Pre-chorus melody is 3-1-0 on the A string while the F chord is played. In the chorus there are pull-offs and hammer-ons on the E string (1st fret) - again during the F chord.
