Calypso Simulation: Using Stylus System Creator to Make a Star Probe

When you import the stylus into calypso, did you have to make any offsets for the stylus you just created? I was attempting this earlier and when I ran my program, the head of the probe unit was acting as the probe. It seems to be offset from actual location
